Spendenquittung; Ausstellung durch die Gemeinde

Gemeinden stellen Spendenquittungen für Sach- und Geldspenden für gemeinnützige oder förderungswürdige Zwecke aus.

Description

Falls Sie Ihrer Gemeinde eine Geld- oder Sachspende zukommen lassen, kann diese eine Zuwendungsbestätigung ausstellen, wenn die Zuwendung zur Förderung steuerbegünstigter Zwecke bestimmt ist. Die Zuwendungsbestätigung hat auf einem amtlich vorgeschriebenen Vordruck zu erfolgen.

Auf eine Zuwendungsbestätigung der Gemeinde kann verzichtet werden, wenn die Zuwendung 200 Euro nicht übersteigt. Die Finanzämter erkennen den Bareinzahlungsbeleg oder die Buchungsbestätigung des Kreditinstituts als Spendenquittung an.
