Als bürgernächste Stellen sind insbesondere die Gemeinden und Verwaltungsgemeinschaften grundsätzlich dazu befugt, Abschriften und Unterschriften amtlich zu beglaubigen.

Description

Mit der Beglaubigung von Dokumenten wird öffentlich bestätigt, dass eine Abschrift inhaltlich mit der Vorlage (Urschrift) identisch ist.

Mit der Beglaubigung von Unterschriften wird die Echtheit einer Unterschrift oder eines Handzeichens amtlich bestätigt.
